There are 3 key avenues of recruitment from Headliners to consider - each can be tailored around your exact requirements.

Interim
Managers and Directors with a broad range of experience and skills are available at short notice for contracts from 1 month to 2 years. Invaluable for providing maternity cover, filling a gap in the team whist you recruit permanently, bringing in new skills for a specific project or just getting more hands on deck when times are busy or uncertain. Contingency Selection
Specify the skills you need, the experience by sector or industry and the type of person you feel best suits your company - leave us to do the rest. Avoid the hassle and cut to the chase with our recommendations.

Headliners holds it's own database of marketing personnel, in excess of 10,000 candidates, from which we will select candidates who may be ready for their next career move.

In addition to access to our database, it may be appropriate to advertise in the trade press, national press and/or within the many specialist recruitment job boards. In most cases Internet advertising will be covered by your final recruitment fees but for press advertising there will be a charge (at cost price!) for advertising space and ad design/artwork.

Headliners will then interview all prospective candidates and propose a suitable short list, if you don't select one of our candidates then there's no fee to pay.

Executive Search
A more in-depth process which allows us to embark on a more detailed investigation of your specialist markets or target companies to seek out the right individual for your company, even if they are not currently job hunting.
